Structured (the app) is a calm timeline of your day: blocks, order, what is on now. Many people with ADHD prefer that to a bare list, because time gets a place. Structuro is not a timeline. It is a day start that asks what you can handle, then one step. The names sit close. The job does not.
Where Structured is the logical tool
When you want to see how the day runs. When meetings, travel, and pauses need one picture. When "what now?" is a time question, not a start question. When a list feels too flat and a calendar too cold. Then a timeline app is a clear instrument. That touches time blindness: later gets a place on a line.
Where Structuro is the logical tool
When the timeline already exists (in your head, in Google, in Structured) and the block "work on X" still stays empty. When filling the timeline was the productive act, and the real work was not. When too many blocks become another mountain. Then the problem is task initiation.
The overlap risk
You can fill Structured until it is art. That feels like grip. Grip on the map is not grip on the click. The test is blunt: after setting it up, did you move? If not, you need a start tool, not a prettier line.
Practical differences
- Picture. Structured: when. Structuro: what is the first action, matched to energy.
- Empty. An empty timeline asks to be filled. A calm day start asks you to choose. Filling can freeze you. Choosing can too. Fewer options help.
- Platform. Structured is a store app. Structuro is a web app from the Netherlands. No fake native claim.
